• Smokers are welcome on the back patio
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome with approval prior to booking, but must be kept in your room during breakfast
• Children over 10 years of age are welcome

Minimum Stay Policy

Colonel Hayden House has two-night minimum stay policy on weekends and a three-night minimum on holiday weekends. There are five beautiful rooms available. All room rates include continental breakfast and the use of all the facilities in the house and on the property.

Cancellations and/or Changes in Reservation

Colonel Hayden House requires cancellations to be made within 72 hours of arrival date and the room rereserved for a full refund.  If cancellation policy is not met, guests may rebook at later mutually agreed upon dates. If multiple rooms are reserved, a two week cancellation notice is required.

Pick-up Service

We offer a pick-up service from the Beacon/Newburgh Ferry. Please check the timetable for the ferry and call to pre-arrange pick up at the ferry station.

We are only a short drive from Stewart International Airport as well.
